Originally from London we moved to Fosse House Farm in January 1999 and opened as Bed and Breakfast accommodation in July 2000.
It is understood that there has been a house on this site for over 200 years. The present house has only been here since 1967 when the previous owner, who was born in the original farmhouse, had the old building knocked down and the present one built in its place.
Following some extensive alterations further rooms have been added to provide 3 accommodation rooms and a communal lounge with fridge and microwave. Having moved away from formal accreditation, after gaining 4 star grading, Fosse House Farm still maintains the same standards within the rooms and service provided.
Within our 7 acres we had previously built up the smallholding keeping and breeding goats, geese, chickens, sheep and pigs but currently we only house Berkshire pigs for breeding and showing; a small flock of sheep to keep the grass down; and a friendly little Jack Russell.
We endeavour to make your stay with us a pleasant one.
